We contact Synsam and Synoptik for an interview about what training the sales staff receive and how it can be that the answers they give are so different. Synsam responded in writing that its role is to inform customers about the applicable terms and to provide internal training, but that responsibility for complying with Swedish law and Meta’s terms ultimately rests with the wearer.
